INITIAL CONSULTATION

We require that patients undergo a first-time tele screening with a provider and an annual tele screen consultation thereafter, according to Washington State Department of Health policy. The tele screen can be done anywhere from a smart phone or computer.

Once you book a service, a link will be sent to your text or email for remote tele screening.
